Subject 002 (later confirmed as heresiarch and former Skitarius Alpha VALTR): I comply, Provost. My infiltration is complete. The so-called "Choir" accepts me as a primary authority on temporal military matters. I have achieved the rank of "Primus" which is roughly equivalent to the standard Imperial rank of Lord Commander, and much of the organization's military capacity answers directly to me.

WILLEM: Excellent. Define military parameters of experimental organization.

VALTR: Gene-modified personnel increase in number daily and are fanatically devoted to Experimental Subject 108. Ideologically motivated personnel are much more common thanks to the planetary governor's treatment of labor menials and unwillingness to update tithing data to reflect updated galactic realities, but less reliable. Organization's military could be considered poorly equipped, but a thorough analysis shows this to be inaccurate. Organization military materiel takes the form of heterodox equipment such as Goliath-class vehicles or local equivalents modified to carry improvised weaponry. Upsetting to an adherent of the Cult Mechanicus, but undeniably effective.

VALTR: The arrival of witchbreed corsairs has the experimental organization in something of a panic. Not entirely undeserved, in my opinion, given that the aeldari appear to be targeting the organization's facilities almost exclusively. My personal threat modeling calculates an eighty-nine point seven-nine repeating percentage likelihood that the organization's concerns are correct, and that the corsairs are present on Durance specifically to disrupt our work.

WILLEM: Our own threat modeling largely concurs with this assessment. Continue.

VALTR: Choir intelligence also reports aeldari clashes with the planetary governor's pet Cadians in the exclusion zones near the wreck of the Rogue Trader vessel *Blessed Avarice*. Both the organization's analyticae and myself are perplexed by such an event, which runs counter to the aeldari's projected modus operandi. I have several hypotheses on the matter.

WILLEM: The governor did not make us aware of these skirmishes, but the conflict was monitored from orbit regardless. 9-1 BYRGENWERTH tactical cogitators are still in meditation on this matter. Until it is resolved, it is better to disregard such things and focus on the pertinent, is it not?

VALTR: Agreed. Finally, Experimental Subject 108 genetic manipulation of experimental organization personnel has shown a marked increase in muscle mass and adrenal secretions, resulting in vastly increased physical strength, but without much in the way of useful augmentations to subject durability. I do not have enough data to conclude if this outcome is due to failings of ES-108 or if physical redundancies are developed later in the organization's life cycle. Thus concludes my report. Further relevant data is noospherically encoded beneath these transmissions as per standing orders.
