The following evidence was recovered from the data loom installed in Marshal-General Feyn's grand strategium. Records of the Patriot Guard's defense of Durance were fragmented in a manner this arbitrator has found to be consistent with willful efforts to destroy proof of incompetence or malfeasance.

Exhibit 322 consists of an annotated map of Talionis Prefecture, contemporaneous with the early stages of the conflict that engulfed the world of Durance. Annotations are transcribed below, for the sake of clarity:

Additionally, Patriot Guard psykana auxiliaries say they have detected powerful warp fluctuations on the outskirts of the Exclusion Zone. These I am less inclined to believe. I do not believe escalation is warranted at this time. Strategium command compared notes with SANGUIS VETERIS PRUDENTIA, and it relieves me to see the Machine Cult arriving at the same conclusion. That said, I will counsel Talionis field command to stay on alert. Things could quickly get out of hand. A lax schedule of fleet bombardment has allowed the Orks to gain a toehold in the Burning Fields. I don't blame the Navy for conserving their resources, but I fear it will fall to us ground-pounders to take up their slack.

MAP NOTES
A. Outbreaks of mutant and underclass violence in the hive slums. The riots seem to be localized here and unlikely to spread, though the civilians have roused the ire of the Cadian 1080th. Emperor have mercy on them.

B. Approximate location of psychic spoor, as reported by our auxiliaries. I believe the Cadians have their own sanctioned support. I will request after-action reports, but the Cadians can be slow to cooperate. I do not believe they take the PDF seriously.

C. Aerial confirmation of a Category 3 Orkoid concentration. Not the largest we've seen in Talionis, but certainly the largest in recent years. Most concerning. I will counsel field command to continue prophylactic efforts. Perhaps the 1080th can divert armored elements to support us.

Patriot Guard: Debut

FORTUL FRONTIERA DECEBAL CAMPUS IGNIS LINA DEFENSIVA 549.019.M42 Decebal  marked the end of human control of Durance. Built centuries ago, during the initial ork invasion, Decebal  started as a simple improvised defensive position, little more than a collection of hastily assembled barricades and shallow trenches.
